Just another day in paradise here in Sicily. Apartment hunting’s going well and today bought fresh local mussels for $2 a pound! These folks know how to live. I’m looking forward to coming back here for 7-8 months starting in the fall.
Still here. Checked with all my friends and neighbors. Check and check. Everyone I know accounted for – – which means one of two things. One – we weren’t invited or two – someone called the party off.

Wow man!! What’s it mean?? A double rainbow…….where are the unicorns?
Double rainbows were as common as tourist buses in Hawaii but rare in BombTown. I miss them. Nice to see one courtesy of our resident scribe.
I think it means the rapture happened after all and nobody went.
For some reason I always like how double rainbows go BGR – RGB. It’s how I checked to see if Patrick photoshopped it (he didn’t).

Four years in Hawaii, never saw a double. But see them regularly in CO. Weird.
Manoa Valley was good for them, as were some of the wetter valleys in East Oahu.
