Felonious funk

If you can’t change the channel, open a window, f’fucksake.

On this date last year, Beelzebozo became the first former president to be convicted of a felony — 34 felony counts, to be precise — stemming from a scheme to illegally influence the 2016 election through hush-money payments to a porn actor who said the two of them did The Nasty.

Less than six months later he won re-election to the presidency.

Some of the 77,302,580 Americans who voted for him probably thought they were pulling the lever for a Republican candidate. But what they actually pulled was his stubby little finger.

And on Jan. 20 of this year, the Great Rumbling began.

Small wonder the weather has been so unsettled.

When it comes to dealing with an asshole of this magnitude, there just ain’t enough air freshener in the world.

  1. Keep an eye on the US treasuries market which finances 40% if the current federal budget. It’s jittery now. When it crashes, game over. That’s it for me. A republic? We can’t keep it.

  2. And the stink is drifting north in a real bad way. Sorry, but your neighbour’s aren’t enjoying the smell.

    1. Our neighbors are planning to visit relatives in BC this summer. One wonders if they will return.

P.S.: Apologies for the stink of fascism. Makes feet smell like flowers, huh?

  3. Certainly brings to mind Brando in Apocalypse Now “Oh..The Horror The Horror” Or maybe Homer Simpson “Wonder what this red button does …..Doh!”

  4. At least he only hires the best people. It’s crazy that we live in a 24 hour news cycle and folks are just now figuring out that musk is a lunatic.

    1. The NYT has already moved on:

“We Watched ‘Mission Impossible’ With a Former Spy.”

“Miley Cyrus Told Us to Ask Her Anything.”

“The Rise of the Japanese Toilet.”

      Etc.

  5. I’m just glad we have AI to save us. Ran into this one today:

    Encumbered vs Cumbered

As adjectives the difference between encumbered and cumbered is that encumbered is weighted down, loaded sufficiently to make slow while cumbered means encumbered.

As verbs the difference between encumbered and cumbered is that encumbered is past tense of encumber while cumbered is past tense of cumber.

So basically, artificial intelligence is seventh grade me in Radcliffe Jr High being a smart ass on a vocabulary quiz.

          1. Don’t give me no shit. No shit? Get that shit outa here! Man, this is some good shit. He just stepped into the shit. But, he has his shit together. Hey, his shit is flaky. Lettuce is playing some funky shit!
