‘S funny. It seems to be raining at my house and noplace else. And I don’t even recall putting in a special request (or ever having one granted before, either).
It only rains there when we want to ride. After we blew off the trail ride that Sunday, I left for home. It was raining with howling wind a few blocks South of your place, but by the time I got to I-40, the rain had stopped. I should have turned around!
Hah. Caught the Universe napping. After shooting that pic I went back inside, took off helmet and gloves, and posted the post. At which point the rain stopped, the Universe having dusted its hands together (whisk whisk whisk) and muttered, “Guess I showed him.”
So I kitted back up, snuck back out and managed an enjoyable hour on the Jones SWB.
Now that I’m back home and eating lunch, it’s raining again.
Raining all around us, but none here. Sad…
