Wishboned

Oh, eat me.

What’s on the Thanksgiving menu this year? Why, it’s a heaping helping of the fabled Epstein Files, which everyone expects — hopes? — to feature the sticky deets of something on the order of Caligula, the Joker, and Prince Prospero hosting a masked ball at the House of Usher on the Island of Dr. Moreau.

Bon appétit!

Anyone else get a whiff of teenage miscreants frantically policing up the red Solo cups, roaches, and rubbers from an unauthorized bacchanal as their parents pound on the door?

“Hold on, be right there, uh, just got out of the shower, getting dressed, door seems to be stuck for some reason, no, don’t know what that smell is (sotto voce: open some fucking windows for chrissakes, throw a pillow over that stain on the couch, and … shit, is that Suzi curled around the toilet?). …”

It is the hee, and also the haw. This den of thieves has all the transparency of the Shield Wall on Dune, and I don’t see Paul Muad’dib rolling up on a sandworm with the family atomics to let a bit of daylight into the fucker anytime soon.

What we’re likely to see once the fear-sweat evaporates is the massively redacted, heavily abridged, Democrats-only, Reader’s Digest version of a Nextdoor tirade about The Worst Airbnb Ever, featuring a hidden lo-res camera in the crapper and a creepy host who kept popping over in his bathrobe “to see if you needed anything.”

I mean, c’mon:

Breaking the law? Seriously? For this lot, that’s what it’s there for.

    1. Khal et al: I continue to encourage all to read Michael Beschloss’s book “Presidents of War”. It covers Presidents Washington to Clinton, is extremely well documented, and the author is an established, highly respected historian.
It addresses the egos, issues, circumstances, “gotta do something” imperative, distractions (chaff and flares) from important issues, “is it an election year?”, et al.
That said, it was for me, a challenging read because it’s l-e-n-g-t-h-y, has a bibliography of MANY pages, and may not invite many/most/all on this blog who might wish to repose in less than 1,000 word caricatures of issues that warrant more serious consideration.
If you so choose to appreciate that, as Mark Twain said, “History doesn’t repeat itself; but it often rhymes”…. then let us all enjoy the “circle of life” that homo sapiens has bestowed on its peers and lesser creatures. 🙂

J.D., I’m trying to decide whether I should be offended here. Help me out, please.

  1. Word Khal. That sumbitch is doing everything he can to distract us, but it starting to not work very well.

Seems like Majorie Green has had an epiphany and went after daddy d big time in a presser today. Hell, she even looked and sounded different! I hope the whole maggot thing starts to have foundation cracks and badly corroded rebar. You know, like Mara Lardo after the next salt water intrusion.

Meanwhile, dumpster keeps building his towers and sucking up mid east oil money. And giving FIFA preferential visa treatment so he can get their peace prize. What a tool.

    1. He is anyone’s tool that can provide him more power or money. In other words, less than 1000, he is completely and willfully corruptible in broad daylight, and is so arrogant he can’t imagine that anyone could dupe him. Simply, he is a classic tool.
Human beings have the propensity to complicate the simple.

      1. It is amazing how so many people could be confused enough to allow for our current state of leadership. But then, yes history repeats itself.

Tool. Yes, and a fool too.

  2. The bill states that information relating to active investigations can be withheld. So, the bill, law once dumper signs it, is fairly toothless. You can bet that the DOJ minions worked all last weekend to tie up any information damaging to dumpster in any way in bogus investigations. This fight is just starting, and will drag on until it goes to court. Dumpster one, truth zero. Again.

  3. The DoJ will open investigations into Democrat/Epstein contacts and such and refuse to release documents because the documents are “evidence”. Then the DoJ will slow walk the process to 2026 and beyond.
