Labor day for people on their second wind. First Horner and now Nyad.
As far as short term profit first, employees, community, and country last companies, piss on them. Won’t get any money from me when I can avoid it. But, a change is going to come.
Everywhere else in the world celebrates this holiday on May 1. So far, it’s a Monday without mail delivery for me as well as the kickoff for our 2014 bicycle tour season…but then again, I don’t really WORK for a living these days. Best wishes to all the regular working-stiffs out there, enjoy your day off!
Labor Day a day free of labor? Shirley you jest. Spent the day cleaning, stripping, rinsing and just generally prepping for painting my son’s bedroom while he’s away at college.
