Got the new jersey, how can I get the shorts? They would make my day.

    • Patrick O'Grady Says:

Thanks, Kim. The shorts were part of the original offering Back In the Day®. For this revival Voler and I thought we’d start with the jerseys, see if anyone was interested in those, and then move on from there based on demand. A few folks have asked about shorts, so stay tuned. …

Got my short sleeve super cool jersey as soon as it was available, I’m proud to say. And many a chuckle has been directed at me (more than the usual chuckles prompted by my climbing prowess, I might add). But unless you sell an “Old Guys Who Fat In Winter” combination bib tights (complete with insulated footies) and a long sleeve, insulated, wind proof, heated jersey with integrated skull cap and battery powered ear warmers, I won’t be wearing your kit for today’s ride.

I can’t decide what’s calling louder, the indoor trainer or The Blerch (The Blerch gets us cyclists too). http://theoatmeal.com/comics/running

Thanks, Terrible. I’m with you on that. We’ve had a week of unseasonably cold weather here in the Duke City, and it will be a good long while before anyone sees me outside in short sleeves.

May The Blerch be with you.

    Classy selfie!

  5. Pat O'Brien Says:

I got my jersey, chip, and beer. But it is too damn cold to ride. Tomorrow come hell or high water.

    Patrick, I am your father.

Ordered my second one yesterday, Version Two of Version Two. Christmas gift for a friend in Germany. Given my flair for timing, it won’t ship to me until early January. Then I’ve got to get it to him in Germany. Anyone flying to Hannover mid January?
