I’m taking Turmeric as well as Hemp seed oil for my Arthritis.

What really seems to help with the knee pain is loads of beer, however an unfortunate side effect is that they develop a mind of their own…

Here in the upper midwest, we’re far from the conflagrations on the left coast and the south coast. Localized volcanic activity on the DC coast however, is something to which we are not immune….

For those of you in the midst of it, be careful and be safe. I know you’re gonna do the best you can with the hand you’re dealt.

Here, we have interesting sunsets and sunrises to remind us of things. We’re coming out of tornado season, but I take nothing for granted.

    Cheers!

As I used to up in Fairbanks during times when forest fires were blowing smoke into town, and because the air in the area didn’t look too bad, I entertained going out for a ride yesterday up here in the Gorge of Oregon. But the advice of others got to me and a review of the current AQI per Accuweather was over 300, so I grumpily remained huddled in the hovel. Ahh, when will the blessed wind return??? “What’s that? You mean that I complained in the past about the wind? That’s just not true! Wind is your friend. It makes you strong!”

Best wishes to all of you who are facing the truth of climate change and harsh weather conditions.
