My supervisors noted in a recent performance review that I hadn’t posted any cat pix since January 31.

This obviously could not stand, man. So I got busy with the Sony RX100 III.
I think that pay raise I’d been counting on is right out, though.
However, the temps are coming up right smart, and if that continues, I’m out of here for a ride of some sort.
I know that this is a finger in the eye for those of you sentenced to the upper deck of the Benighted States, but at least all that cold and snow is probably tamping down the pollen.
Not so much here, especially with the wind stirring things up. Sunscreen on the outside, Claritin-D on the inside.
Phaw. Schtonk. Hyeeeenk. Snurk. Ptui.

Things are bad enough here in the pollen department that I divorced benedryl and teamed up with Claritin and Flonase.
Went out to find my legs this morning, after 20 miles they are still missing.
I decided to skip the drugs today. Bad idea. After about an hour on the bike I said to hell with it and rolled back to the ranch. Blaugh.
I was going to ride yesterday afternoon after the dust settled on the Friday Crash and Burn. But it fortunately started to rain. Maybe today.
GEICO offered us a rental under our policy but since I still have the Tacoma, might as well use that and gave the keys to the Furrister to Meena.
Meena’s not driving the WRX?
I got rid of the WRX the year I was either in a cast or in a surgical brace for six months. Meena got tired of me borrowing her car since I couldn’t shift with my right arm or work the clutch with my left foot.
Or the Beemer? The Ferrari? The Hummer?
Wow! 7 degrees F here right now in the Bibleburg environs and anywhere from 2-7 inches more snow on the ground. Should hit 15 degrees F this afternoon. BUT…..it’s supposed to be 50 by Wednesday. 🙂
Banged out 0+50 on the indoor trainer with my 16 year old Lemonde Buenos Aires steel beauty mounted to it. Nothing like the real feel of steel, eh?
Keep those phantastic pheline photos comin’ please!
Oof. My man Hal reports similar conditions in Crusty County, but under sunny skies. We don’t call it Weirdcliffe for nothing.
Oh Dear,
Autumn has struck New Zealand.

Time to consider wearing socks with the sandals..
