The Wirecutter dudes and dudettes favor the Porlex Mini manual grinder, though they say it’s a bit of a workout. I’ve been known to (gasp) grind coffee in advance of a camping trip, and seal each pot’s worth in its own small container, thus skirting the issue entirely, like a timid senator who fears the Twitterati.
